Job Summary:
This position is focused both on providing first-level, front line communication to clients to meet customer service and company requirements, and on optimal handling of ongoing transports in a timely and accurate manner.
Status: Full-time, on-site daily presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first level, front line excellent communication to clients to meet customer service and company requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is processed and prepared according to client requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure customer quotations are available, review selling and buying rates to maximize GP.
- Arrange bookings as per customers’ requirements and communication for specific client service requests.
- Arrange for customer payment of transportation, storage and any other related charges.
- Review all shipment documentation for accuracy and perform data input in dedicated working system.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with carriers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum experience of 6 months on similar position / segment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and professional communication etiquette.
- Ability to react and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Team-player, determined, organized, proactive.
- Average level of excel (filters, pivots, basic formulas).
